Thank you for agreeing to serve as a Session Coordinator for the upcoming FMEA Professional Development Conference. Your participation is appreciated and will greatly enhance the quality of our event.
The purpose of the session coordinator is to work directly with the session presenter before, during and after his/her scheduled event by assisting in the organization of all aspects of the assigned session. The intent of this process is to provide a personal source of support for the presenter and to ensure that all sessions are presented with a high level of professionalism for the FMEA members attending the conference. Please read the information and other documents regarding session coordinator duties that are linked on this page.
The sessions you are coordinating have been emailed to you, and clicking the links in that email will bring you to a page with the details for that session and presenter(s). Use those links to confirm the details of the session with the presenter, and make any changes to the presenter information or A/V equipment that they request. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, and thank you again for your commitment to the Florida Music Education Association.
Deadline for Equipment Requests: October 31. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if a request needs to be added to one of the sessions you are coordinating.
Projectors WILL be provided this year if they were requested online.
Internet access will be available for purchase at the convention center for $12.95 a day.
